Hypertension, What is it?
Hypertension is another term for High Blood Pressure. In our bodies, blood pressure is the amount of blood force within our arteries. When this pressure is too high, it is considered unhealthy, considering it causes the heart to work overtime, which will ultimately lead to the damaging of arteries. Normal blood pressure readings should fall below 120/80! (2).
